Applications and trips

Submitting an application does not mean acceptance. Theo reviews applications manually. Acceptance does not reserve a spot; follow the trip’s actual payment instructions and capacity availability in your dashboard. Trip-specific prices, cancellation terms, rules, and waivers remain applicable. These terms do not replace your trip’s waiver or payment terms.

Optional operational SMS program

By choosing the operational SMS checkbox and submitting or saving it, you consent to recurring texts from Theo’s Trips LLC about application status, deliberate acceptance, deposit/payment reminders, preparation deadlines such as waivers and flights, and important trip/logistics changes. Message frequency varies based on your application and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Enrollment is voluntary and is not required to apply or purchase. Declining or opting out does not change your account or eligibility for manual review. Check your traveler dashboard for decisions and important information. Promotional and future-trip SMS are not available.

STOP, HELP, and resuming

Reply STOP to opt out. You can also save your operational preference unchecked in your dashboard. Twilio and carriers handle recognized opt-out keywords and may send their confirmation. We block ordinary operational sends after revocation. Reply HELP for help or email 2026stayhappy@gmail.com. Provider HELP replies may not reach a number that has opted out.

To resume after STOP, explicitly enroll through the dashboard and send START or UNSTOP to the trip-update number you previously opted out from. Both your website consent and provider block must permit delivery. Checking a box alone does not remove a provider block. YES does not fully remove a toll-free opt-out. We do not enroll you automatically after policy updates.

Requested login codes

Choosing “Text me a code” separately requests one transactional authentication code at your provided phone number. It does not enroll you in operational or promotional texts. Standard message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP to the sender or contact 2026stayhappy@gmail.com. To stop messages from that sender, reply STOP. Provider restrictions can affect delivery of requested codes.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging depends on network availability and provider restrictions; a queued or submitted message is not proof of delivery.
