How we protect the group
Every guest applies before joining. The application includes identity and social information, plus questions about the culture and expectations of the trip. Confirmed travelers provide an emergency contact as part of their pre-trip preparation.
Known itinerary
Airport timing, group transportation, lodging, and activity expectations are shared before departure. Important updates go through the required Instagram group chat.
Shared responsibility
Everyone is expected to communicate honestly, look out for the people around them, and speak up early when something feels unsafe.
Travel preparedness
Guests are responsible for appropriate insurance, documents, emergency funds, medications, and following local laws and activity requirements.
A note for family members
These trips are adventurous and can be physically or emotionally demanding. They are intentionally structured around applications, clear rules, group communication, and adult responsibility—not anonymous party travel.
