Information we collect

We collect the information you submit: names, email, phone, age, location, Instagram and optional social links, application answers, dietary/allergy and personal needs, photos and optional introduction videos. Accounts and trip requests retain application and review history. During preparation we may collect emergency contact information, birth date, waiver signatures and versions, flight and insurance details, uploaded documents, and payment records. Please do not submit medical records, card numbers, or identity documents through the application.

How we use and store it

We use this information to manage accounts, review applications manually, plan trips and safety, process payments, track capacity, and organize preparation. We retain profile, trip, payment, waiver, consent, and audit records as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion period currently configured. Contact 2026stayhappy@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for transactions, safety, or legal obligations.

The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including database and file storage. Twilio processes phone numbers, requested authentication codes, and operational message delivery. Stripe processes enabled payments; payment references and statuses are stored here, while card details are entered with Stripe. Authorized site administration and service providers process information as needed to operate these features. We do not promise that third-party processing never occurs. Browser storage can save application drafts in your tab; an account session cookie supports login.

SMS privacy

Operational SMS is optional. We record your selection, phone, timestamp, source, consent wording/version, and relevant opt-out and message status events. A request for a login code is recorded separately and does not subscribe you to trip updates. We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile information or SMS consent, or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Promotional SMS is not available.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Consent records stay private to the program and its storage infrastructure; they are not provided to other organizations for their own messaging. Service providers process the destination phone number and message data needed to provide authentication and delivery.

Your choices and support

Apply without subscribing to operational texts. Reply STOP to opt out, or disable the preference in your authenticated dashboard. Important information remains in your dashboard.
